Matthew Landry is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Stanford Prevention Research Center. His current research focuses the utilization of personalized novel, dietary interventions as conduits to promote health. He is particularly interested in plant-forward and plant-based diets, and in the advocacy of policies that address nutrition-related health inequalities and exploring policies that provide equitable access and availability to nutritious foods.
