My 2.5 year old daughter is not eating enough. Do you have any advice?

Children can go through food ‘jags’ and be picky, but this sounds more serious. Can you mash some soft fruit, beans (like chickpeas, etc.) or lentils into her porridge (not all at the same time) to make sure she’s getting other good nutrients? The fact that she’s active and playful is a good sign, but I would be sure she is seen by a doctor as well.
