Are tomatoes that I pressure canned in 2011 still usable?

Most canned goods have a shelf life of about 2 years. If you notice anything that is off-color, perhaps from a poor seal, don’t use them; otherwise they should be fine to use particularly because they are a high-acid food. Obviously use them before you use this year’s canned crop!
