Chef Monti Carlo

Chef Monti Carlo is an award-winning Food Media Personality with over a decade of producing, hosting and contributing to shows on major networks, like Food Network, Netflix and the Cooking Channel. Monti is also a passionate Puerto Rican Food Writer whose second cookbook, Spanglish, will soon be available. She has also worked as an advisor, judge and host with the prestigious James Beard Foundation’s world-renowned awards, and is the head Chef-in-Residence for ZENB.
