Asasha Francis is a classically trained Chef & Registered Dietitian. She received her Associates of Arts in Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University and received her Masters in Food & Nutrition Science from California State University State University Northridge. With 13 years of experience she has worked in every aspect of the food industry from fine dining pastry cook to hospital nutrition services supervisor. She is currently a Nutrition & Regulatory Specialist for Trader Joe’s. She is passionate about educating others about food and helping them find joy in cooking!
