Preparation Time: 20 minutes
  • 1 cup Ground beef, extra lean
  • 1 cup Lima beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (15 ½ oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 ½ oz) tomatoes, broken up
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Brown ground beef in pan. Add remaining ingredients except nutmeg. Cover and simmer 5 minutes until throughly heated. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
