Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

I keep basic fruit and veggies on hand in the fridge and freezer.
I keep baby carrots, a variety of apples, pears, grapes and bananas on hand.
As the grapes and bananas start to ripen too much, I put them in zip lock bags in the freezer.
My children love to eat the grapes frozen and add them to Ginger Ale instead of ice.
My husband loves the frozen bananas, he swares eating them like a popcicle is better than real ice cream.
Try it, it really is good.
We also use the frozen bananas for smoothies, which make a great breakfast drink.
