The weather is cooling, leaves are changing, and that means fall produce is thriving. It’s time to pick up these in-season fruits and veggies and make something delicious! Not only is in-season produce bursting with vibrant flavors and textures, but it tends to be more budget-friendly than out of season produce as well. So – what produce is in season during the fall? Now that we have a list of in-season fruits and vegetables, let’s look at some new recipes. Get creative and be adventurous by trying any of these recipes that include fall produce!

Let’s look at what a full day might look like using fall produce. Start your day with an energizing whole grain with these Apple Breakfast Bars. It’s a quick and easy recipe that will last you a whole week. Warm up at lunch with a Vegetarian Sweet Potato Chili. Another great meal prep recipe to lower the work week stress. Whip up Tortellini with Mushrooms, Zucchini, and Bell Pepper for dinner. It’s rich and cheesy while also checking off three colors of vegetables.
