We make smoothies most nights of the week.
We usually include a few different fruits in these, yogurt, juice, soy milk, flax seeds or wheat germ almost everything.
This is a good way for us to have a healthy treat in the evening befoer bed and we get a few extra servings of fruit in as well.
The great thing about smoothies is that you can add just about any kind of fruit – fresh, frozen or canned.
