Apple Grape & Cheese Kabobs

Your Supplies: Wooden or Metal Skewers, apple cubes, whole grapes, and cheese cubes

Directions: To assemble, gently slide on an apple cube, a grape and a cheese cube. Repeat until the skewer is full. Continue to assemble until you have enough.

Cinnamon Apple & Pear Chips

Your Supplies: 1-2 Apples, 1-2 Pears, cinnamon, sea salt

Directions: Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Leave the skin (that’s where all the nutrients are) but remove the seeds from both apples and pears and cut into 1/8 inch thick slices. Lay onto the sheets (without touching) and sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt. Bake for 1 hour, flipping and baking for an additional hour for a total of two hours. Remove from the oven, let cool. Store in an airtight container for a week.

Apple Or Pear Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait

Your Supplies: 2 apples or 2 pears, ¼ cup of sugar, ½ tsp of cinnamon, plain or vanilla yogurt.

Directions: In a small saucepan, add the peeled and chopped apples or pears, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a low simmer and cook until the fruit is soft. You may need to add a bit of water if the fruit is looking too dry. Remove from the stove and let cool. Serve over yogurt. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Nut Butter Apple Slices With Assorted Toppings

Your Supplies: 2 apples, nut butter (cashew, almond, sunflower, or peanut), toppings (almonds, cashews, walnuts, granola, raisins, dried cranberries, coconut, chocolate chips)

Directions: Remove seeds from the apple. Slice it into ¼ inch thick rounds. Spread a tbsp of nut butter onto each slice. Decorate with favorite toppings.

Caramel Dip With Apple Slices

Your Supplies: 2 apples or 2 pears, store-bought, or homemade caramel dip

Directions: Cut the apples or pears into wedges. Dip in caramel dip. Enjoy!
