Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

Instead of going to a restaurant for lunch, I go to a grocery store.
I buy a pre-made salad or use the salad bar.
I pick up packages of veggies like grape tomatoes, baby carrots, or sugar snap peas to munch on for a snack.
I might also get an apple or orange or other fruit to stick in my desk drawer for when I feel tired and hungry.
