Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

For my kids, if it is quick to get in their mouths…they will eat it.
So I buy fruits and veggies and clean and cut them right away. When I
store them in easy open containers in the fridge, the kids just grab and go.
I have noticed that my sons have lots of energy and big appetites.
Particularly after school I notice their need to graze.
Having healthy options on hand is the only way to go.
