Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

The way I incorporate more fruits: I cut up 1 cup of fruit (berries, bananas and kiwi) and put it in my yogurt or cereal every morning.
At dinner,
I steam a variety of veggies.
At the same time,
I saute mushrooms, red pepper, garlic and onion (or whatever else I have in the refrigerator)in olive oil.
Then I add the steamed veggies,spices and sprinkle with low fat cheese.
I save the leftovers for my lunch every day.
So not only do I have veggies for lunch but I have them for dinner.
I have at least 3 servings at lunch and 2-3 at dinner time!
My favorite veggies are: broccoli, carrots, asparagus and jicama.
