Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

I fine chop and shred carrots, broccoli, zucchini, peppers and onions, then I saut� them in a little olive oil to soften them a little. Then I add them in ground turkey for meat balls, turkey burgers, meatloaf, etc… And salmon or crab cakes for filler instead of just bread fillers. My kids enjoy the flavor while eating more veggies.
