Here’s a cool trick. Cook your cauliflower until soft. Then mash it or whip it like potatoes. Add Garlic, butter, and other seasonings you like. It has the same consistency and tastes good too. The kids can’t tell the difference. Even the 19 year olds. I also switched out the 2% for 1 % my family thought it was just the brand, that’s why it tasted a little bit different. After 2 months, I stopped switching the milk jugs and now they drink 1 % instead of the 2 %. tricky!
