The Best Homemade Blueberry Muesli

Creamy, nutty and incredibly satisfying.


  1. Combine the banana and ½ cup vanilla almond milk in a blender and purée until thick.
  2. Pour into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Whisk together until combined and cover. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, divide into three bowls and top with additional blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
