Swiss Chard & Artichoke Heart Egg Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add eggs, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Toss in drained marinated artichoke hearts, sliced swiss chard leaves, and goat cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes until eggs are set.
