- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add eggs, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- Toss in drained marinated artichoke hearts, sliced swiss chard leaves, and goat cheese. Stir to combine.
- Pour into baking dish. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes until eggs are set.
