Quick Fermented Radishes & Cucumbers

They're easy to make, look beautiful, and taste great on burgers (or as a snack)!

Instructions

  1. Dissolve salt in water for the brine.
  2. Wash the radishes and cucumber. Cut into ¼ inch slices.
  3. Add seasonings to the bottom of a jar, followed by radish and cucumber slices.
  4. Cover with brine and cover with an airtight lid.
  5. Culture at 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit for a few days until desired flavor and texture is reached.
  6. Refrigerate once done and enjoy!
