- Dissolve salt in water for the brine.
- Wash the radishes and cucumber. Cut into ¼ inch slices.
- Add seasonings to the bottom of a jar, followed by radish and cucumber slices.
- Cover with brine and cover with an airtight lid.
- Culture at 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit for a few days until desired flavor and texture is reached.
- Refrigerate once done and enjoy!
