Quick & Easy Microwave Apples

Prep Time: 8 minsServings: 2

Instructions

  1. Core apples, leaving the bottom intact.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and raisins.
  3. Spoon the sugar mixture into the apples and place a teaspoon of margarine on top of sugar mixture.
  4. Place the apples in a deep casserole dish and cover with a lid.
  5. Microwave for 3 ½ to 4 minutes or until tender. Let the apples sit for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
