Pumpkin French Toast



  1. Combine pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla extract, sugar, milk, and pumpkin pie spice
  2. Whisk until smooth
  3. Heat pan on medium heat and add a light coat of oil
  4. Soak a piece of bread in the batter, coating all sides
  5. Cook for ~1-2 minutes on each side
  6. Repeat for every slice of bread
  7. Serve with spiced maple syrup, and/or confectioners’ sugar, and whipped cream
  8. If you want to add more plants to your pancakes, sprinkle your favorite crushed nuts like pecans or walnuts.
  9. Enjoy!!
