- Add your veggies of choice, lean protein of choice, cheese, green onions (if desired), and salt-free seasoning to a microwave-safe 2-cup glass measure, bowl or pint-size mason jar.
- Beat the eggs with your milk of choice in a separate bowl and pour into your microwave-safe container with the rest of the ingredients. Stir, cover with microwavable plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 60 seconds. Stir with a fork and microwave another 30 seconds. Stir with a fork and microwave another 30 seconds. Your egg dish should be fully cooked, but if not, microwave another 30 seconds. Eat from your dish with a clean fork or pour it into another serving dish and enjoy!
