Try using your favorite vegetables such as eggplant, onions or even sliced apples in this tasty veggie dish!
Instructions
- Clean vegetables.
Cut into strips or squares; lightly spray grill pan with cooking spray. Lay vegetables on grill pan. - Cook vegetables over medium heat, turning them approximately 4 times. Cooking times will vary. Start with the green beans, asparagus and pepper; after 5 minutes add the zucchini.
