Low-Salt Grilled Vegetables

Prep Time: 15 minsServings: 4

Instructions

  1. Clean vegetables.
    Cut into strips or squares; lightly spray grill pan with cooking spray. Lay vegetables on grill pan.
  2. Cook vegetables over medium heat, turning them approximately 4 times. Cooking times will vary. Start with the green beans, asparagus and pepper; after 5 minutes add the zucchini.
