Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Veggies

  1. Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Line a half sheet or jelly roll pan with foil or parchment paper if desired for easier clean up.
  2. Place potatoes and veggies of choice in an extra-large bowl. Add the olive oil, pepper, smoked salt, garlic and rosemary to a small cup and stir to blend.
  3. Drizzle oil mixture over the potato and veggies and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread potato mixture onto the prepared pan and roast in center of oven for about 40 minutes (watching carefully) or until everything is browned and crispy (if possible, gently flip veggies over after 20 minutes for even browning).
