Fruited Rice Pilaf

Take your tastebuds to the sweeter side with this twist on rice pilaf!


  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add rice and garlic. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until rice is coated with oil and garlic is fragrant.
  2. Stir in broth and pepper. Cover, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cranberries, raisins and apricots. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff rice with a fork.
  5. Stir in onions and serve.
