Sangrias are not just for summertime. With sweet and tangy apples and apple juice, this white wine sangria is light and lovely for sipping all autumn and winter long.
Instructions
- In large pitcher, stir together wine, apple juice, red and green apple, raspberries, lemon slices and cinnamon stick.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until chilled.
- To serve, stir in ice and immediately pour into 4 glasses. Top with soda water.
Tips:
- Honeycrisp and Granny Smith apples add a good balance of apple flavor.
- Sweeten with 2 tbsp sugar if desired.
- Alternatively, substitute ginger ale for soda water.
