If Asian takeout is one of your family favorites on those hectic nights, then this meal is for you! It’s quick, flavorful, and uses cauliflower rice as the base.


  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, peas and bell pepper and sauté just until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in cabbage and rice and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar and heat another minute.
