banana berry oatmeal

Banana Berry Oatmeal


Servings: 1 large bowl or two small servings


  1. Mash banana in a medium-size, microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add oats, spices and milk. Mix well.
  3. Fold in nuts.
  4. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes, stirring half-way through. Time varies depending on microwave strength— keep a watchful eye on the oatmeal, so nothing boils out of the bowl.
  5. Stir in berries and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy!
