Instructions

  1. Brush sliced bread with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. In a food processor, combine the artichoke hearts, beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a food processor. ⁣⁣
  3. Pulse until just combined and chunky. Don’t blend until smooth.
  4. Top bread with a spoonful of artichoke bean mixture. Top with a few sundried tomatoes and an extra drizzle of olive oil. ⁣
