- Brush sliced bread with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a food processor, combine the artichoke hearts, beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a food processor.
- Pulse until just combined and chunky. Don’t blend until smooth.
- Top bread with a spoonful of artichoke bean mixture. Top with a few sundried tomatoes and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
