This flexible, non-recipe recipe can be made with any of your favorite veggies and spices.


  1. Preheat air-fryer or toaster oven to 400-degrees. Add a bag of cauliflower florets into a medium bowl. Cut the larger florets in half.
  2. In a custard cup, blend olive oil with the curry powder. Drizzle the oil mixture over cauliflower and toss to coat the florets well.
  3. Pour florets evenly in a parchment-lined air-fryer basket and bake until nicely browned (about 20 minutes). ENJOY!
