Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

Look for moist green leaves. Avoid dark, dry, or bruised leaves. The stems should be green and crisp.

Fat free and cholesterol free, an excellent source of iron and vitamins A and C, and a good source of calcium 

STORE

Wrap in damp paper towel and store in airtight container in refrigerator. Use within a day or two.
