Look for fruits yellow to orange in color, possibly with a few freckles. Avoid fruit with bruises or abrasions.

Fat free, cholesterol free, an excellent source of vitamins A and C, a good source of potassium and folate 


Store at room temperature. Use within a day or two for best flavor.
