Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health

Look for light green fruit, about 12-15 inches in length, that is firm to the touch. Avoid fruit with bruises and abrasions.

Nutrient Content Claims  
Fat free, cholesterol free, sodium free, and a good source of vitamin C 

STORE

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate in crisper drawer. Avoid chilling in extreme temperatures.
