Elizabeth Hall

Elizabeth is the Corporate / Retail Registered Dietitian for K-VA-T Food Stores Inc., parent company to Food City supermarkets. Elizabeth works with the Healthy Initiatives team and marketing to be a health and nutrition resource. Elizabeth educates through TV segments and other media outlets as well as to through programs with community partnerships in Food City stores and store areas.

Elizabeth is thrilled that her role with Food City stimulates positive health changes in the familiar environment of a grocery store where most people make their decisions about food. Her nutrition philosophy focuses on valuing all food groups for the nourishment they provide, enjoying all foods in moderation and with mindfulness, and promoting a healthy and balanced relationship with food.
