Unfortunately, there is no great answer for this question. For starters, it depends on the fruit you are eating and how much you are eating, your gut flora, what the previous meals/snacks consisted of, etc. There are far too many factors for this to be a simple answer. However, I would encourage you to eat more than just fruit at a meal. Fruit has amazing health benefits, but so do other foods. It is important for optimal nutrition to eat vegetables, grains, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy foods as well.
